Sandy is directly responsible for all aspects of Korman Residential’s centralized purchasing program. She oversees the company’s contract management function and reports directly to the CFO. Sandy coordinates the purchasing of all goods and services, working closely with site personnel and the company’s design team to ensure that all proposed expenditures are within approved budgets. She participates in on-site client meetings, works with contractors to complete awarded projects, and maintains and monitors budgets for each project.

Sandy has more than a decade of experience in purchasing, operations, and accounts receivable. Sandy previously worked for a primary distributor to the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board where she was responsible for identifying, forecasting, and procuring inventory.
